The major version 5.0 is released (view Release Notes)

This release is one of the most significant since the earliest version of our product.

The Web Report Server has been completely rewritten, to improve the user experience, performance and remote working on reports. You can see it in action on Ariacom's demonstration Web Report Server

The Report Manager can now connect to a Business Domain directly from the Web Report Server!

Once you have published your Business Domain on a Web Report Server, the end user can gain access to the Report Manager's power without any ODBC drivers, domain or report files. Deploying the Report Manager has never been so easy!

The Business Domain Manager also includes several new improvements such as new wizards (cascading reports, building new elements for Date Time dimensions in few clicks), additional editor features to help you managing easily your elements presentation (sort, name and category) and more.

Ariacom Business Reports® version 4.3 is released.

A new component Excel Add-in (for Office 2003) allows the use of the Report Editor to import data in Excel using your Business Domains. The same Excel Sheet can be used as a container for several Business Reports.

November 2006

Ariacom Business Reports® version 4.2 is released.

The repository explorer and manager have been merged into the Report Manager application with several Explorer enhancements: List View, Multiple files management, Copy/Paste, Drag and Drop from Windows explorer.

Sub total rows can be added to the main table when the value of a row element has changed.

A new chart type to draw horizontal Line and Bar series is available.

May 2006

Ariacom Business Reports® version 4.1 is released.

The product is delivered with a new "brAudit.bdo" business domain and an MS Access database allowing auditing and monitoring all actions performed by the users (login, logout, report creation, modification, execution, failure, etc.).

The ActiveX component is also available in a dynamic linked library (DLL).

October 2005

Ariacom Business Reports® version 4.0 is released.

Generating customised charts and lists is even simpler and more flexible, and for the power user, the software now offers a means of entering their own SQL statements, as well as offering dynamic SQL generation.

Drill navigation, formulas, calculation options and custom templates are not limited anymore in the Free version of the product.

April 2005

A minor release 3.3b is published.

March 2005

Ariacom Business Reports® version 3.3 is released.

Report templates and Visual Basic Script are now available to generate report results in a native Microsoft Word document format.

The use of the repository explorer is not limited anymore in the free version.
